A little soul cleansing and a new spiritual journey...feeling the colors in a whole new way!
This past year I have gone through a lot of ups and downs...more downs I can say so I decided to make a lot of inner changers in my life. Since those changes have been made I can really see a difference in my painting. Painting once again has saved me from my inner struggles and have helped me through a really hard time in my life. This new series that I am showing at my upcoming show pays tribute to the struggles, the pain and finally freeing myself of my old destructive ways.
I hope you enjoy the series I have been working on and my future projects.

Municipal Auditorium Electrical Box #2
So I have been working another Electrical Box. This one is extra special. You can see it on the corner of 6th and Daisy. Impressionism painting is what I went with on this box.
This electrical box was very challenging for me. I'm about 80% done.

Painted my first electrical box in Long Beach!!!
So today I started painting my very first electrical box in down town Long Beach on Chestnut and 6th st.
Waking up to a gloomy day, I wasn't betting on getting to go out and paint. My mentor said let's go...thankfully it was only a light sprinkle. We sketched the image and began the first layer.
Today was a dream come true...while painting the people from the neighborhood stopped by and thanked us for making their neighborhood look beautiful. It was pure Joy!!!
These pics are a work in progress.
